2017 CGR Executive Team

The 2017 Executive Team is made up of former CGR-U Executive Members and was created to build the foundation for CGR, INC. to operate as a Non-Profit Organization with the intention of growing, expanding and influencing more young women around the world.

Tyler lanier

Tyler graduated from the University of West Georgia in Spring 2014 with a dual degree in Marketing and Management. She is now based in Cincinnati, OH working in Sales for P&G as a National Account Executive. As the Co-Founder of CGR, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a social activist with the local Cincinnati-NAACP, she continues to be passionate about engaging with the community through service. In the future, Tyler hopes to continue driving growth in consumer markets as an executive sales leader, while also driving growth in her community as an inspiration and motivation to young, underprivileged and underrepresented minorities around the world. 


Ericka Claudio

Ericka is currently enrolled at Georgia State University studying Public Policy. As a political operative, she has worked on several high profile campaigns [including Bernie Sanders and Jason Carter] to help represent under-served communities. She regularly engages in her community through her church, independent service projects and as Co-Founder of CGR.

Tanesse copeland

TaNesse is a native Georgian from Fairburn, GA. TaNesse focused her studies on Sociology and Psychology in Undergrad and will be pursuing a Masters in Public Administration in Fall 2017. TaNesse is currently a Social Services Specialist with DFCS and working on being a self- publishing author. Futuristically, TaNesse aspires to reform policies in the educational system as an education policy analyst and work with at risk youth.


Jada Brown

Jada is a Georgia native raised in Wrens, Ga. Jada received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminology from The University of West Georgia. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  In the future, she wishes to serve as a counselor for juveniles who are placed in youth detention center.  Jada also hopes to continue her education at The Chicago School to obtain a Doctorate's in Forensic Psychology. She is an aspiring Forensic Psychologist who wishes to one day start her career with the FBI.

Jasmine darnaby

Jasmine was born in Oxon Hill, Maryland currently living in Paulding County GA. Jasmine received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Mass Communications from The University of West Georgia. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in digital marketing. In the future she wishes to excel in her currrent career in leasing and marketing. She also hope to one day publish her children's book series.


Sa'Queeta Poole

Sa'Quetta is an Atlanta native. She received her Bachelors of Science in Education majoring in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia, where she also became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Sa'Quetta is now a preschool teacher at Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Within the next year, Sa'Quetta plans to return to school to work on her Masters in Communication Disorders. With this she will become the next best certified SLP in the Atlanta area working in inner city schools.

Zhanne Carter

Director of Mentoring and Programming

Zhaneè Carter was born in Seattle, Washington on April 18. For long as as she remembers she has had a passion for people and helping people. Zhaneè enjoys working with youth, reading, writing and spending time with family and friends. Zhaneè plans to use her passion for people to become a Motivational speaker and Marriage and Family Counselor while also working hands on in her community. Her current favorite quote is from the words of Connie Chapman, "It is not until you are standing naked and vulnerable with all that you thought you knew stripped away, that you really are forced to practice, live and breathe that profound level of trust."
