CGR’s membership mostly consists of black, female, First Gen college students who, unfortunately, are more likely to be disproportionately underpaid and underrepresented in their fields post-graduation. Despite being incredible leaders in their classrooms, on their campuses and in their communities, many of them aren’t given the tools to successfully navigate their respective career fields and professional journeys. Our goal with the CGR Mentor Program will be to connect members with women in their fields who can help them continue ROCK after graduation.
